| Q: |
What is the difference
between organic and traditional pest-control methods? |
| A: |
Organic pest-control
methods use natural ingredients that have been identified and
isolated by chemists. In regards to traditional pesticides,
we only apply pesticides which are registered and approved for
use by the California Department of Pesticide Regulation and
the United States Environmental Protection Agency.

| Q: |
Why should I choose organic pest-control
methods as opposed to traditional chemicals? |
 |
| A: |
Organic treatments are an effective
method of pest control if you have concerns for the environment,
and the health of humans and animals. Our EcoSMART
products typically have a classification of "Generally
Recognized As Safe" by the Food & Drug Administration,
and are approved as direct food additives. |

| Q: |
Are organic methods as
effective as traditional methods? |
| A: |
Absolutely. We have had
excellent results using EcoSMART products
in both Butte and Glenn Counties. We only use products in which
we have confidence. |

| Q: |
I've seen offers for
bi-monthly, monthly, and quarterly pest-control service. Why
do you only offer one-time and monthly service? |
| A: |
The
most effective method of pest-control management is monthly.
Any organic or non-organic treatment only provides 40 days of
potency-at best. Effective pest control can only be maintained
by regular management. |
